「赤じゃこ」（ネンブツダイ）は、徳島県南部地域の漁港で、漁の際に網にかかり、たくさん獲れますが、商品にならないため、捨てられてしまっています。その一部を地元の方が、煮干しにして、そうめんつゆやところてんのつゆとして自宅で食べているだけなので、本当に一部の地域でしか味わうことのできない幻の逸品です。その「赤じゃこ（ネンブツダイ）」の出汁や和三盆糖、福寿醤油の醤油、畑商店のみりんなどのこだわり原料を使用し、保存料・化学調味料不使用で安心安全なつゆとなっています。

原材料：しょうゆ（国内製造）、本みりん、砂糖(甜菜ビート糖、和三盆糖)、かつおぶし、ネンブツダイ(赤じゃこ)煮干し、こんぶ、食塩(一部に小麦・大豆を含む）
